Noah’s Ark

Noah’s Ark will be back in April 2021!

We hope you and your family are well. We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Noah’s Ark. With the current restrictions things will be a bit different and for a few weeks we will be having a Noah’s Ark music session starting on Thursday 15th April, time: 10.30-11.15, in the Worship Centre as usual.

At the start we will be limited to 10 adults so please book a place using andreajolly@hotmail.co.uk. We will need your name and names of your child/children that will be attending, your email address and mobile number.  We will keep your information securely and retain it for Contact Tracing purposes, which is currently a requirement.  We would also like to retain your information so that we have a register of families attending Noah’s Ark.  If you do not consent to this then please let us know in your booking email.

We have outlined some more information that you need to know below:

WHAT TO BRING

Please try to bring the bare minimum with you. For now we are limiting the session to one per family group to help us adhere to capacity and distancing.

ON ARRIVAL

  • We will be using the main entrance to the Worship Centre where there is a one-way system in place.
  • Please make sure that while waiting to enter the venue, you are wearing a face covering and keeping a socially distanced 2 metres.
  • You will be invited into the venue one at a time and will be asked to sanitize your hands before being directed to your Island.
  • A QR code is available at the sanitation station if you would like to check in using the NHS app.
  • Once on your Island you can remove your face covering. This MUST be put back on if you leave your Island for any reason.
  • On your Island you will find props that can be used during the session.
  • During the session, we love for you to sing. For the time being please only sing softly and down towards your child.
  • You will all have your own “Island” which allows you and your child to remain socially distanced from others. Please do not worry if your child struggles to stay within the Island we do understand that some children may wish to explore. However, I ask that you to encourage your child to stay close to you for your safety and out of respect for others. It is important that adults adhere to the guidelines of 2 metre distance.

If you have any questions about this please contact me prior to booking please feel free to contact me Andrea on 07729333004
